Yoga and Mindfulness
Since 2018, I have been on a mission to spread mindfulness in the community. I have reached hundreds of adults and youth by bringing yoga and mindfulness directly to them to help breakdown access barriers to yoga studios.
My yoga and mindfulness meditation classes are designed for those who are new to yoga, and want to increase confidence on and off the mat.
Cultivate: Mindful Parenting Workshop
Cultivate: Mindful Parenting is a 4-week Course designed for parents and caregivers of children and teens to improve communication, connection, and fun. Each class builds on the previous session and includes:
1) Building Self-Awareness
2) Mindful Communication and Listening Approaches,
3) Deescalating Conflict and Tantrums, and
4) Increasing self-esteem
Holistic Nature-based Coaching Sessions
Communing with Nature brings awareness to the present moment. It is perhaps, the easiest way to get grounded and experience mindfulness with all of our five senses to become one with nature.
My coaching style is informed by my training as a mental health counselor, certified holistic life coach, and yoga teacher for youth and adults.
