Yoga and Meditation Foundation Whitestone
A 60-minute class designed for those who are new to the practice of yoga and meditation. Students will be guided through verbal cues step-by-step for gentle yoga poses that connect mind and body through breathing. Emphasis is in developing an awareness of stability, alignment, and coming to the mat with an open mind. Students will participate in a guided meditation to help release symptoms of stress, and learn easy stress management techniques that can be incorporated in everyday life.
