Coaching with a Focus on

 Gentle Yoga on the Go
 Private 1:1 sessions for beginners of all ages who are looking to incorporate a regular practice to find inner peace and balance of the mental and physical stress. Learn about asanas (poses), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. Alleviate pain and stiffness to restore mobility and flexibility back in to your life.
$65.00 for a 55 minute session*

 Yoga for Runners and Cyclists
Designed to meet the specific needs of runners and cyclists to promote healing, increase flexibility, and reduce discomfort in the body as a result of repetitive movements that create musculoskeletal imbalances from frequent biking and running. The benefits of yoga will have a positive effect on performance, breathing, and an energized body that will help to keep you injury free.

 Partnership for Positive Change Life Coaching
 Sessions are person-centered for adults and/or teens to help discover blocks preventing you from moving forward. Each session will empower you to find solutions during periods of crisis. When we are experiencing stress, it is difficult to find our inner voice that is always ready to provide inspiration and creativity. You will learn how to calm the mind through guided meditations, mantra work,  and use effective tools to help you create positive change to become your best self. Sessions can be in person at your home, through video conferencing, or at my office in East Harlem. Coaching support is ongoing by email and telephone to promote accountability and change that sticks.
$90.00 for 60 minute session
*Packages of 5 sessions for all new clients are available at a discounted rate

Workshops
 Yoga and Wellness Workshops
Designed for youth and adults interested in learning yoga basics, movement, and mindfulness exercises to help find balance on and off the mat. Workshops are educational sessions for groups of three people or more in community settings (e.g., health fairs, schools, senior care sites, faith-based organizations).

 Spreading Mental Health Awareness in our Community
Did you know that 1 in 5 adults living in the US suffer from a mental health disorder but refuse to get help?
 An 8-hour course taken by an adult can help bring hope to someone struggling with mental health symptoms. The course is called Mental Health First Aid and it can help you learn about mental health symptoms, teach you how to respond to a mental health crisis, provide resources, and make a real difference in your community. 
 Through the NYC THRIVE Initiative--I am a Certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer and I can bring this course for FREE to your workplace or organization. Let's partner to spread mental health awareness together. Please send me an email to learn more.
